ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). Since November 27th, 1998, we have been an ISO certified company using the system to prove our capacity to fulfill our customer’s needs as well as those of our suppliers. With the ISO system in place, we are able to measure the satisfaction of our customers as well as the performance of our processes. Since 2003, we are accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 and we continue to respect and follow the ISO standards. with the ISO 9001:2000 and today we continue to respect the ISO standards.
